Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.

I thought all the while when inom booked my flygning inom am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket inom purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. inom have been traveling for over 20 years and this fryst vatten the first experience to such… so frustrating.

Very new plane with premium economy seats reclining to 45 degrees, more than most other competitors. personal service was excellent and friendly.

It would be better if flygning crew can clearly communicate in english.

But they are kind and accommodating. Food fryst vatten good, especially the sandwiches on the self-serving prat trays. They are better than the ones served.

So far one of the good one , whenever inom go to Korea , inom always use Korean airline .

They had the same movie choice as my previous flygning, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.

They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.

Delayed flygning with total disorganization and inept crew who wouldn’t communicate.

Will try never to flyga eller fly undan Delta international igen. flygning delayed and personal completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the personal there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another.

They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to man a program. Never again.

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me igen it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. inom have to run just to get to my flygning.

They always do that.

It was a good flygning. inom would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The employees were professional and efficient. inom consider myself a traveler but have trouble with the international fare served on airplanes. inom admit Americans buy their food in the supermarket and we typically don’t eat the ligaments and cartilage. inom know that fryst vatten whiny but as inom age, inom dislike it more.

At least things weren’t covered in cheese. The desserts are terrible! My neighbor didn’t eat her bröd so inom asked if inom could have it. First time for everything but had been traveling a total of 27 hours and was hungry.

Amazing crew, excellent food, business class seats seem a bit dated but are super comfy even for a very tall individ.

If continuing onto Taipei, the stopover in Bangkok fryst vatten a bit annoying (queue at security) though the lounge fryst vatten decent.

The night flygning was only 2/3 full, which fryst vatten always a plus. Room to stretch out for sleeping. Gracious stewardesses, attentive, and slim/attractive (which fryst vatten rare these days).

Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.

The crew was very helpful. Food was prepared with great care and tasted wonderful. Movie urval was a bit limited. The bedding on the seat fryst vatten a little too thin for sleeping.

We purchased premium economy seats 9 months ago and got bumped to economy when we tried to board the plane.

It was a huge fiasco while they struggled to find us seats. inom tried reaching out to Kayak to see how we can get refunded for the ytterligare money we spent on premium but have heard ingenting back. It was a 14 hour flygning and were disappointed that we lost our seats after selecting them 9 months ago.

Flight was overall OK: lovely personal and smooth travelling.

The only downside was no food was available on a hour flygning over lunchtime. Luckily we had realised this in advance and brought our own bento.

The whole flygning in Economy was great, the crew were just fantastisk and the food was great as well

They did not have vegetarian options, but the personal did their best to accommodate me and grabb wrote an ursäkt and the number to call 24 hours before inom get on the flygning next time.

Crew went out of their way for me, not often

Domestic flygning, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably mins on air.

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally.

Remember to pick up your betalningsmedel baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will kontroll the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will kontroll your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to resehandling security/TSA, passport works too. SFO fryst vatten pretty strict as well as LAX. The seats are too small for international flights.

Boarding was quick and efficient. The food was very good and they had pictures showing you what options there were to avoid misunderstandings.

As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flygning fryst vatten and how hard it usually fryst vatten to sova in economy

Underpricer was terrible.

They wanted to charge me $ for a seat asignment. Kayak fryst vatten responsible for letting this happen. Please let me know if this fryst vatten going to happen in the future. If it fryst vatten inom will not use kayak in the future.

Checking in was hard because we had to enter our mittpunkt name with our first name and wasn’t told to.

The representative from underpricer investigated it and called me back. We were very appreciative for him.

Too bad the plane didn't work after we taxied out to get in line for take-off. We went back to the gate and waited for almost 90 minutes for them to find a plane that worked. Waited another hour to board. When we got to Rochester we waited for over an hour for our bags to appear.

The agent said they only had three people working to load and unload baggage. A one hour flygning took an ytterligare fyra hours.

It would have been faster to rent a fordon at JFK and drive to Rochester.

One of the best economy flights I’ve ever taken .

Good, not excellent. We’re not informed about mattress pads in business class. My partner ordered food and didn’t get it

I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but inom can't think of a way to improve it.

It was great, but the wlan service was very hard to pay and inom barely could use it during my trip.

The seats are also a bit tough for tall people (economy area).

Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The airline was very clean, and the crew very kind and thoughtful.

Enjoyed flying Japan Airlines! personal were all nice & flygning was comfortable.

Particularly meals were great. Service’s were excellent as usual. .
